1. Getting started
Send these with your brief, by the inquiry form or by email. The clock on your film starts when we have them.
- Your product link, plus a login or screen recordings of the key flows.
- Who buys it: the role, and the problem they had before your product.
- The one action a viewer should take after watching: sign up, join a waitlist, upvote, book a demo.
- Your launch date and where the film will be posted.
- Brand files: logo (SVG if you have it), colours and fonts. If you don't have these, we'll work from your site.
- Must-say and never-say: claims you need in, and anything legal or competitive you need kept out.
2. Timeline
All times are business days, counted from when we have everything above.
| Step | Launch Film | Launch and Growth | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Script and fact table | 2 days | Before each film | Before each film |
| First cut, after script approval | 7 days | 5 days | 3 days |
| Revisions | 2 rounds | 2 rounds per film | 2 rounds per film |
Most single films are final in about two weeks. These are targets we work hard to hit, not guarantees. Launching sooner? Book a call and tell us your date before you buy.
3. The fact table
Every script comes with a fact table: each claim the film makes, listed next to where it comes from (your site, your docs, your numbers). You approve every line before anything is animated. If a claim can't be backed up, it doesn't go in the film.
We never put fake reviews, fake dashboards or invented results in a film.
4. Revisions
Each film includes two revision rounds. A round is one consolidated list of changes, sent together, so nothing gets lost between messages. Changes to a script you've already approved, or rounds beyond the two included, may cost extra, and we always quote before doing them.
5. What you receive
| Format | Size | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 16:9 | 1920 × 1080 | X, Product Hunt, YouTube, your site |
| 4:5 | 1080 × 1350 | LinkedIn, Instagram feed |
| 9:16 | 1080 × 1920 | YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok |
Every file is an MP4 (H.264, 30 fps) with captions burned in for people watching on mute.
6. Posting your film
- Upload the file natively on each platform instead of pasting a YouTube link. Native video autoplays in the feed.
- Use the right shape for each platform, from the table above.
- Make the first line of your post the film's one sentence. The post text and the first frame should say the same thing.
- Put your link in the post so viewers who get it can act straight away.
- Post when your audience is awake, and reply to early comments in the first hour.

7. Ownership and confidentiality
Once you've paid for a film, the final files are yours to use anywhere, forever, with no licence fees. We only show your film in our portfolio with your permission. Nothing about your product is shared before your launch date, and we're happy to sign your NDA.
8. Billing and cancelling
Prices are published on our pricing page, and checkout is through Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel; cancel any time by emailing hello@nivor.technology. Cancel a Launch Film before you approve the script and we refund you in full. The full details are in our terms of service.
9. How we use AI
We use AI for drafts and speed. People direct every cut, and you approve every fact before anything is animated. Nothing in your film claims what your product can't do.
